NETIS' ground principles are profoundly based on the safety and the well-being of all collaborators, subcontractors, partners, and the local communities where we have a presence. That’s why we ensure that all field collaborators periodically have the best safety training including road and vehicle safety, electrical safety, working at height and general safety awareness (First aid, fire safety, etc.)
Leadership and Management
Many employees in our subsidiaries benefit from Project management top learning paths such as Lean six sigma programs, to boost their project management skills to lead the projects they’re working on.
Personal development
Many of our employees are yearly trained on time management, work life balance, speaking in public and women empowerment coaching sessions.
Language skills
Operating in multicultural subsidiaries within various countries in Africa, NETIS recognizes the cultural difference and therefore provides training in languages for countries with different languages, to ensure better liaison between colleagues and the understanding of internal communications and procedures.
Sales & Business development
Our Experts schedule many training tours within our subsidiaries through an annual calendar to train on business development, sales tools and methodologies, and in NETIS strategy to proactive customer retention plans.
Optical Fiber ISP and OSP
We ensure that our Fiber Optical technicians are trained from our senior FO supervisors on both ISP and OSP related topics such as Technical Connection and Maintenance, Customer Speech, Cable pulling, civil engineering rules, design (Process DSG Rules for designing an FO network) and many other modules designed and more certification paths under construction for our subcontractors and employees.
Infrastructure
Many topics are designed for our technicians and project managers to appropriate NETIS culture concerning our infrastructure installations: Site Inspection Process for QA, Structure maintenance, structure mapping, structure strengthening and structure dismantling (Towers, Monopoles, Masts, and Rooftops).
Power and electrical topics
Our power and energy experts ensure that our workforce all over our subsidiaries appropriate the knowledge of Generator set and operation, solar and hybrid systems, Best Practices in electrical protection and grounding, Energy balances, and Power racks and AC & DC distribution systems.
