On 17 February 2026, NETIS Group took a significant step in its growth journey by signing the acquisition of a majority stake in Netcom Technologies, a leading Moroccan technology integrator specialising in Telecom, IT, Security and Critical Infrastructure solutions. This strategic move strengthens the Group’s footprint in Morocco and reinforces its long-term pan-African vision.
