NETIS Group acquires a majority stake in Adiwatt Afrique to accelerate Africa’s energy transition

Casablanca, December 16, 2025 — NETIS Group, a leading pan-African player in telecommunications and energy infrastructure, announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Adiwatt Afrique, a company specializing in the design and deployment of photovoltaic and solarization solutions for industrial and tertiary sectors.

Founded in 2012, Adiwatt Afrique has built a strong reputation in Morocco as a trusted provider of integrated solar solutions, including photovoltaic power plants, solar rooftops, and carport systems, serving businesses, public institutions, and local authorities. 

This transaction enables NETIS Group—now active in more than 15 African countries—to further accelerate the development of NETIS Energies, its renewable energy arm dedicated to decarbonizing infrastructure and delivering energy efficiency solutions across the continent.
