Morocco at the Core of NETIS’ Energy Strategy: Adiwatt Afrique Becomes NETIS Energies Maroc and Accelerates Continental Expansion
Two months after announcing the transaction, NETIS confirms today the successful completion of the operational integration of Adiwatt Afrique into the Group. As part of this momentum, the entity now operates under the name NETIS Energies Maroc, reinforcing both its full integration within the Group and its strategic role in driving the expansion of NETIS’ Energy activities.
This milestone marks a structural turning point in the execution of NETIS’ Energy strategy across the African continent.

A recognized player in photovoltaic solutions, NETIS Energies Maroc strengthens NETIS Energies — the Group’s dedicated Business Line — by enhancing its field expertise and deployment capabilities.
