Company History

Since 2009, NETIS has operated as a provider of infrastructure solution in telecommunication and power industries across Africa.

2009

Establishment of NETIS in Ghana, Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire. Introducing Managed Services, providing customized solutions for network management, maintenance, and optimization.

2011

Establishment of NETIS Uganda and Implementation of tower and power projects with O&M facilities, strenghening the telecom network and ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.

2013

Establishment of NETIS Kenya and Implementing tower and power projects with O&M facilities, strengthening the telecom network and ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.

2014

Craying out the frst Telecom project, Tower O&M & Reinforcement in Benin

2016

Launching NETIS Tanzania to execute tower and power projects, including O&M facilities, to enhance the telecom network and guarantee effective operation and maintenance in the region.

2017

Launching NETIS in Togo and Gabon to supervise Telecom projects and Managed Services, while establishing NETIS Holdings in Mauritius to serve as the group's headquarters. Establishment of Drone By NETIS

2018

Launching NETIS in Rwanda for Telecom project & Managed services ,a providing customized solutions for network management, maintenance, and optimization.

2019

Creation of Group Head office In Casablanca, Morroco

2020

The acquisition of Reime for active maintenance in Rwanda, Nigeria and Ghana

2020

Launching NETIS in Niger for Telecom project & Managed services

2021

Launching NETIS Services in DRC, Ethiopia for telecom project & Managed services

2021

Opening of Reime subsidiary in Côte d’Ivoire to provide telecom services and managed services

2024

The Launch of NETIS in Sierra Leone and in Cameroon to manage Telecom projects is planned for 2023- 2024.
